Night Shift MaintenanceOakhurst Dairy isseeking an experienced and skilled maintenance technician. The successfulcandidate will train on day shift Monday -- Friday and transition to nightshiftafter the training period is complete. The night shift position is four nightsper week and rotating weekend coverage plus overtime and vacation coverage asneeded.

Requirements

Adherence to all safety and Good Manufacturing Policies (GMP)
Respond to breakdowns of production and support equipment
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production and support equipment
Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems
Installation and troubleshooting of instrumentation
Temperature controllers, flow transmitters, etc.
Electrical and motor controls VFDs, photo eyes, switches, etc.
Hydraulic systems
Fabricate and weld MIG and TIG
Work independently as well as part of a team
Rotating "On Call" for emergency and weekend coverage
