Tax Manager

Responsibilities

* Tax Advisory Services for mid-size companies
* Management responsibility of tax compliance for complex S/C-Corporations, Partnerships and Sole Proprietorships (including supervising staff, reviewing work papers and tax returns, reviewing tax provisions on audit and review engagements, researching and resolving technical issues for a wide range of issues for individual, corporate and Partnership entities)
* Business Development
* Staff supervision and development

Qualifications

* Experienced client service professional
* Well-rounded tax knowledge
* CPA Licensed Bachelors in Accounting or Finance (MST or JD/LLM are pluses)
* 5+ Years Public Accounting Experience
* Ability to develop staff
* Proven Business Development Track Record
