SUMMARY

Position is located in Damariscotta, Maine

Provides support to all computer users in order to maintain and extend the role of Information Services at Lincoln County Healthcare.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of micro-computer and printer diagnostic and repair skills.

2. Demonstrates Windows XP, Windows7 O/S s and basic Network Infrastructure knowledge.

3. Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office in a support capacity.

4. Demonstrates proficiency with a wide range of software applications.

5. Demonstrates working knowledge of network cabling (including Hubs, Switches, Routers, LAN s, WAN's).
