The Planned Parenthood Biddeford, ME Health Center has a part time Healthcare Associate (HCA) position available beginning in the New Year for 23.5 hours. The addition of this position allows the Site Manager to participate fully as an administrator and member of the management team. Primary responsibilities of HCAs include a variety of medical services including blood pressure checks and contraception visits; pregnancy testing and appropriate counseling; and management of medical records. Other responsibilities include greeting patients, filing, and scheduling appointments. Excellent organizational and communication skills are also necessary. Applicants should have a Bachelor s Degree plus one year relevant practical experience or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
