The Field Service Representative assists and performs the administrative and clerical functions of the Field Service branch(es) operations.

Payroll: Enters timecard hours and administers employee verification, weekly payroll exception report process.
Creates, manages and receives all non-job related purchase orders and change orders.
Assists in the review of the weekly open PO report and accuracy of month-end PO accrual.

Acts as the employment coordinator for Human Resources. Handles local human resource issues, maintains applicant tracking, completes all new hire paperwork, arranges pre-employment and annual physical and drug screening, logs all medical limitations and concerns.
Enters vendor invoices for payment. Acts as receptionist, as needed.

Manages P-Card entries and purchases.

Supports Rumery Rd., New Hampshire and Bangor offices is some areas.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent. Administrative experience (preferred). Proficient in Windows based applications. Strong word processing typing skills. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail. Able to maintain confidentiality.
