Description EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT CLINICAL LEADER One, full-time, 36-hour position available. Responsible for helping lead the department, projects and charge nurse shifts. Must have ACLS, PALS or ENPC, BLS and TNCC or be willing to attain within one year of organizational time frames. Advance clinical knowledge is required. Must have knowledge of human growth and development and be supportive of the patient- centered experience. Must have the capability of independent decision making, utilizing critical thinking and problem solving skills in both practice and creating a quality of care and working environment. Organizational skills in the management of volume and acuity are necessary. The selected candidate must have the ability to operate unit specific equipment. Excellent verbal, written communication and penmanship skills required. Computer skills for data entry or retrieval required.
