Job Details:

New opportunity to join our team in Customer Service. Positon is the first point of contact for practice personnel regarding billing questions. Responsible for responding to all patient inquiries via telephone, mail and occasional walk-in; establishing re-payment plans and sending out patient statements.
Nearly 100% of time on phone.

Job Requirements:
* Outstanding phone customer service skills
* Ability to communicate clearly and calmly with patients
* Knowledge of medical billing procedures
* Proficient computer skills
* Working knowledge of CPT-4, ICD9 coding
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
* Ability to maintain confidentiality

Monday - Friday

8:30 AM - 5 PM
