Overall Purpose: Provides assistance to Store Manager in daily operation of a retail store.
 
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Assist's Store Manager in daily operation of a retail store including execution of sales, service and customer experience initiatives. Under the direction of the Store Manager, schedule employees, maintain inventories, conduct physical inventories, maintain store appearance and complete day-to-day paperwork as directed. 
 
Experience: 1 to 3 years retail, customer facing, sales experience preferred. Supervisory: No.

Skills / Requirements


Required Qualifications:


  • Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends and holidays

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • May be required to wear a uniform

  • Ability to work more than 40 hours/week if needed (overtime)


 Desired Qualifications:


  • 1 to 3 years retail, customer facing, sales experience preferred.

  • Previous management experience

  • Well developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills

  • Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax

  • Ability to work at multiple locations within district preferred

  • Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T Mobility systems preferred
